Agaso USA LLC Return and Exchange Policy

Agaso USA LLC offers a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused, in the same condition you received it, with all original labels and tags attached and in its original packaging, which must be intact and free from damage.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@agasoequestrian.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. Include a copy of your original invoice and proof of purchase with the return.

  4. Ship the item back to us at your expense (this is non-refundable). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or card issuer. The refund will be for the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note:

●      A 5% restocking fee may apply to some returns.

●      Special orders and customized items are not eligible for return.

●      Defective items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

●      We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Exchanges:

●      To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund for your original purchase. Then, place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service and helps ensure the desired item is in stock.
