1. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a range of sizes from 22” to 34” waist. Please refer to our sizing guide for detailed measurements to ensure the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort and to maintain durability. Most customers find their jean’s waist size comparable to our waist sizing. If you have any questions about sizing, don’t hesitate to reach out.

2. How do I choose the right pair of breeches?

Our breeches come in different styles, including knee patch and full seat options. For everyday use, the Everyday Adventure Knee Patch and Full Seat are designed for comfort and durability. For colder months, our Winter Fleece Lined Breeches provide extra warmth while maintaining flexibility. Check our product descriptions and sizing guide for more details.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To return an item, it must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. For more details, please visit our Return Policy page.

4. How should I care for my Agaso products?

To extend the life of your Agaso apparel, we recommend following the care instructions on the label. In general, machine wash inside out on cold, do not tumble dry, and avoid fabric softeners to maintain the stretch and shape of your garments. Our gel seat and patch technology, as well as the fabric's water resistance, can be degraded by harsh chemicals found in highly fragranced fabric softeners and washing detergents. We recommend using a detergent suitable for sensitive skin and spot-cleaning any stains with a spray-on stain remover, or oxygen-based laundry additive. Instructions can also be found on the garment label.

5. Are your products suitable for competition?

Yes, our Everyday Competition Breeches (in white) are perfect for competitive riders. They are made from a double-bonded material with a lurex stitch, providing a premium look and performance while ensuring comfort throughout your competition.

If you don’t like to compete in white, we also have Everyday Adventure in cream, the perfect complement to traditional tweed or navy, giving you options for more traditional looks.

Our Winter fleece lined breeches come in white or beige, to help keep you warm in all conditions.

In addition to these options it is worth checking your competition rules for apparel, a lot of rules have been relaxed in recent years so our colors such as taupe and grey may be other great choices.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free 5-day shipping on all items within the USA. Please note that if you place an order after 5 pm on Friday, it will be processed and shipped out on Monday. If you require a specific shipping partner these are offered at checkout based on current carrier rates.

6. When will my order arrive?

We try to ensure all orders placed before 5 p.m. Monday through Friday arrive within 5 working days. If you order after 5 p.m. Friday, your package will be shipped out on Monday. In the unlikely event we don’t have your item in stock in our U.S.A. store, we will contact you via the email address provided to give you an idea of shipping times from the U.K. store to you, alternative options, or a refund if you would prefer. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to info@agasoequestrian.com before ordering, and we will be able to help you with your order.

7. Are there any holidays when you don’t ship?

Please plan for holiday shipping! We do not ship on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Eve and New Year's Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Presidents' Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

8. Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via our shipping partner’s website.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, it is processed quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

10. What do I do if my product doesn’t fit?

If your product doesn’t fit, please check our sizing guide first. If you need an exchange or return, contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item, and we’ll guide you through the process.

12. Are your products ethically sourced?

We are committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing. Our products are made with care, and we ensure that our manufacturing partners follow strict ethical guidelines.

13. Why are your prices different from other countries? Are tariffs included?

Yes – our U.S. prices have been thoughtfully adjusted to account for current import tariffs and international shipping costs. We've made these changes before launch to help protect you from potential price hikes down the road. This is an uncertain time for all brands across the USA. Being a small company, these changes to import tariffs make pricing very difficult due to the rapidly changing environment.

Agaso maintains transparency and value through our trusted supply chain in India. Designed for performance, priced with integrity.

14. How do I become a stockist?

15. Are you offering any Brand Ambassador positions or Sponsorships?

17. Why isn’t the full Agaso range available in the USA yet? Can I pre-order?

We’re thrilled to bring Agaso to the USA! To ensure a smooth launch and maintain the highest quality of service, we’ve started with a curated selection of our best-selling styles.

However, we are accepting pre-orders on items from our full range. Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available from the manufacturer, or will be included with the next delivery from the U.K. — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

18. Why have some prices changed recently?


Due to updates in U.S. import tariffs on certain goods, we’ve had to adjust some prices accordingly. We strive to keep changes minimal while maintaining our high-quality standards. While others will still be adjusting pricing due to manufacturing tariffs, Agaso maintains transparency and value through our trusted supply chain in India.
